All orders placed by 10am EST ship same day. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping charges are based on the shipping courier and desired speed chosen at the point of check out.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order - International Standard Shipping, tracking will show when it leaves the USA and when it gets delivered. All orders placed before 10am EST ship same day.
How can I change my shipping address?
If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do our best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number if you notice an error.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. Shipping and handling charges apply based on the chosen shipping courier and speed.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We ship to Canada and worldwide. Upon checkout, you can select standard shipping OR priority shipment. All orders placed by 10am EST ship same day. International customers assume responsibility for any duties / taxes that may be incurred from customs.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com within 6 hours after the order is placed. If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, please write RETURN TO SENDER on the package without opening it and have it sent back to us for a refund minus a shipping and handling fee and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why is my credit card payment not going through?
If an error is appearing upon entering your credit card information please review the following:
1) The credit card number entered is correct - including the security code
2) The name, billing address and zip code entered matches the name on your credit card billing statement
3) You have sufficient funds in your account -if using a debit card.
Once an error occurs, your order is not processed and you will have to checkout again. If you are still having problems, you can pay via PayPal or call the store during business hours at 305-945-5086 for other payment options.

Can I return my order for a refund?
Yes, you can return your order so long as the item is unopened and it is returned within 30 days of receiving it. A return label will be sent to you and you will receive a refund* minus a shipping and handling fee. Please note any bulk or frozen items cannot be returned.
